I have trained at PF while training for the Tour De Yorkshire earlier this year but havent been recently due to injury.
One of my ‘best’ friends has decided it will be a great idea for her friends to run a half marathon with her for her birthday next May.
I dont run, but I cycle and I do karate.
I hate running but I love my mate….so……
Could you recommend a personal training regime that might get me anywhere near 13 miles for next May?
I work in Boston and I can be flexible on times for sessions.
