Hi I’m Ben,

I’m a personal trainer with a focus on health and longevity. I believe that everyone can lead a life that is balanced, healthy and pain free. Fitness doesn’t have to take over your life to benefit you, but when done right it can be life changing – both now and in the future.

With how fast paced life is today, there is so much that everyone has to deal with on a daily basis. A stressful job, children, busy family life, finances, and much more – all of these factors, not just how much you exercise and what you eat that impacts on how you feel, look and move.

I take all this into consideration when working with people, so we can make progress that is both effective and sustainable. The approach is unique for each person, but our same principles are always followed.

While always working towards your goal, I also start alongside by making sure you are healthier, whether that is stopping the visits to the doctors, or fixing that back pain that won’t go away. Then we can build upon these foundations to make you more resilient while still hitting those goals you really want to hit.
