The Fitness Studio Sessions (max 12 people per session)
In the Fitness Studio we deliver a range of fantastic sessions. Our goal is to try and give you all the benefits of personal training at an affordable price. We will give you your own tailored programme as well as offering nutrition support and advice. In addition to this we will get you set up on our custom app where you will recieve weekly home workouts, recipes, motivation and content videos . We want you to enjoy your exercise and for you to train with likeminded people in a motivating environment.
There are a range of studio sessions available for both beginners and those who are more advanced to help you achieve your individual goals. If you are ready to commit to change and you are serious about achieving real results then the Fitness Studio sessions are for you.

Private Personal Training
