We provide tailored training sessions to couples, groups of friends, sports clubs or businesses.

If you provide us with your desired goals then we will provide a tailored programme to suit your needs.

All the group will receive a tailored exercise plan and diet advice and regular fitness assessments to show the improvements that you will make. You will be kept motivated and will receive top level coaching in order to reach your individual goals.

Sessions take place at a location to suit you. We can train out of our studio or can come across to you.
