If you want to burn calories, then you’ve come to the right place.

We maximise the training in this session to create as much ‘after burn’ so that you are continually burning calories when you’re sat at home hours later.

We utilise big compound movements whilst performing High Intensity Intervals (HITT) to get the most we can out of the session.

As with all our studio sessions we take a holistic approach and focus not only on your training but your nutritional requirements as well, whether you’re looking to gain lean mass or lose fat mass we will give you nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals.
