Just a quick update on Principal Fitness and what we have had to change during the Pandemic and the COVID-19 crisis.
Unfortunately, we have had to close our gym and there will no longer be sessions running from our studio.
We have however taken some of our sessions online. We are running 1-1 Zoom personal training, Zoom exercise classes and Facebook Live exercise sessions.
Our Zoom exercise timetable is as follows:
Monday – Zoom bands @ 5 pm – 6 pm
Tuesday – Zoom cardio and core @ 5 pm – 6 pm
Wednesday – Zoom Bodyweight @ 6 pm – 7 pm
Thursday – Zoom Dumbbells @ 5 pm – 6 pm
Friday – Zoom Bodyweight @ 5 pm – 6 pm
All our sessions are available to book via our online booking system. Just click on the timetable page and then the book now button to book classes. We are running a ‘pay as you feel’ policy during this time to help everyone out. Get in touch to find out more details or to confirm how it all works.
