“Burn calories and strip fat”
If you have come to burn fat, then you have come to the right place! We maximise the training in this session to create as much ‘after burn’ so that you are continually burning calories when you’re sat at home hours later.
We utilise big compound movements whilst performing High Intensity Intervals (HITT) to get the most we can out of the session. As with all group personal training sessions we take a holistic approach and focus not only on your training but your nutritional requirements as well, whether you’re looking to gain lean mass or lose fat mass we will tailor your nutritional programme to get you the results you need.
Sessions must be booked in 6 week blocks.
The classes currently run on Mondays at 7 pm – 8 pm, Thursdays at 7 pm – 8 pm and Saturdays (outdoors) at 9 am – 10 am.
